I know what it’s like to be on the other side of a real estate transaction - how emotional and exciting (and at times, exhausting) it can be. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I relocated to Portland over 20 years ago to play Division 1 soccer while completing my Bachelor of Science at Portland State University. Like many people visiting for the first time, I fell head over heels in love with the endless rivers, mountains, and high deserts of Oregon and decided to make it my forever home.

 

At age 25, I purchased my first house. In addition to the sense of pride and security owning a home gave me, I quickly learned how homeownership can positively impact a person’s overall financial picture and I developed a desire to help others do the same!

As a wife and mother of three, I know firsthand how important it is to build a connection to the community where you live. From researching schools to understanding traffic patterns, I have made it my personal mission to continually explore each of the unique neighborhoods within the Portland Metro. This allows me to provide knowledgeable guidance to my clients based on their varying needs. Whether you’re a local moving to a new side of town or relocating from out of state, I will help you find not only the perfect house, but the perfect neighborhood for your desired lifestyle where you will feel right at home.

With years of negotiation tactics and creative problem-solving experience, I am proud to be ranked in the top 2% of REALTORS® in the Portland Metro based on volume sold. Maybe it’s the former Division 1 collegiate athlete in me, but I can’t just sit back and wait for things to happen. I’m a hands-on agent, always thinking 2 steps ahead and addressing the needs of my clients head-on. Tackling issues with creativity and coming up with unique ways to negotiate on my client’s behalf is where I thrive.

 

Above all else, building lasting relationships with my clients is of utmost importance to me. I pride myself on being a resource for my clients long after the closing day and have built a strong network of industry professionals who I can refer them to when any home-related issues arise. I also have fun hosting multiple appreciation events throughout the year, including an annual food drive in the Fall that benefits the local food bank. (In 2020, we were able to donate over 2,900 pounds of food!)
